SEO Services Case Studies
Client 1:
This client had a newer local service business in Seattle. Their website was a single landing page to send clients for basic information and signing up with a form. During the audit, I provided site architecture advice, keywords for each new page, and a recommendation to start a blog with a list of ideas. After reviewing the audit, they requested my Local SEO strategies to implement the recommendations, including creating 3 brand new service pages. They then requested a content strategy for them to start blogging on their website. Within only a month, they started showing up on the first page of Google, substantially increased their new and active visitors to their site, had more clients filling out inquiry forms, and booked multiple new clients!
Client 2:
This client aimed to increase in-store revenue by 10% within six months by targeting local audiences for classes and in-store shopping. I conducted an SEO audit and implemented strategies focused on increasing website traffic, class sign-ups, and clicks for relevant search terms. As part of the strategy, I optimized pages for local targeting keywords, improved site usability, and encouraged visits to the "Contact/Visit" page. Within one month, their in-store revenue grew by 18.6%, class sign-ups skyrocketed by 90.7%, and clicks for target keywords increased by 53.8% and 78.2%. Additionally, local Renton-based website users grew by 4.2%, and visits to their "Contact/Visit" page rose by 19.6%. This quick success showcased the power of a well-executed Local SEO strategy! This growth continues even after it has remained mostly untouched. After 5 months, their in-store revenue grew by 52.9%, increasing from bringing in $10k per month at in store point of sale to $18k per month. The classes continues to grow as well starting at bring in a little over $300 per month to 5 months later $6.5k!
Client 3 :
This travel advisor had a website that was 8 years old. They had heard of SEO, but hadn’t implemented much. They wanted to be found via their travel blog, and requested a comprehensive SEO audit. After reviewing the audit, they decided that they wanted me to fix the technical errors, while they implemented the other recommendations on their own. I increased the site health score from 28 to 92! The client left feeling “relieved to have the technical issues resolved” and “confident in implementing the recommended on-page and off-page SEO strategies”.
Client 4:
This client had a newer Squarespace website in the service industry, and were hoping to get more local clients in Edmonds. They wanted a comprehensive SEO audit with an action plan to implement on their own. I first helped this client set up a Google Analytics and Google Search Console account. The audit revealed a strong need for a Google My Business account, clearer messaging, site architecture reconfiguring, and a keyword strategy for their blogging. After reviewing the audit with the client, they requested some more in depth keyword research for their main pages, as well as a how-to instruction for how to do their own keyword research on their blog posts. This helped the client to feel “confident in (their) ability to implement the tools (I) gave (them)”.

A: Local SEO focuses on optimizing your online presence to attract customers from specific geographic areas, like your city or even your neighborhood. By enhancing your local search visibility, your business can appear in local search results and Google’s Map Pack, helping you connect with nearby customers who are searching for your services. This is crucial for driving foot traffic and increasing your local customer base.

It identifies issues that may be affecting your rankings, such as technical errors, on-page optimization gaps, and content quality. By conducting an SEO audit, I can provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve your website’s visibility and drive more traffic to your business. Nope! I work with a wide variety of small businesses. Some of my clients have been store owners, e-commerce, service-based businesses, bloggers, and more.
As an SEO consultant, I review a lot of blog posts that were written with good intentions but never quite reach their potential. Sometimes they don’t rank. Sometimes they get traffic but don’t convert. And sometimes they just feel... unfinished.
So today, I’m walking you through what I look for in a blog post before it’s truly ready to go live whether you’re writing from scratch or optimizing something old.
